If I could eat sushi every day I would! Though sushi is a healthier option while eating out, it's not so great to have it every day. This spicy salmon bowl is one of my favorite meals as I can incorporate it in my weekly meal plan and satisfy my sushi cravings!
Spicy Salmon Bowl
serving size: 1
Ingredients
3- 4 oz of cooked jasmine rice
5 oz of fresh salmon
seasoning: salt, pepper, herb seasoning
1/2 Avocado
Avocado oil mayo
Sriracha sauce
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Directions
Cook a batch of jasmine rice. 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water in a rice cooker.
While the rice is cooking pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the salmon with salt, pepper and herbs seasoning. Place the salmon in the oven for 20- 22 minutes. Fish cooks quickly so keep an eye on it.
Prepare a bowl and add the jasmine rice. Place a piece of salmon on top of the rice and add the sliced avocado. Drizzle a fair amount of mayo and Sriracha sauce. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
