A Hack for the Pizza Lovers <3

Pizza is one of my favorite foods in the whole world! and as much as I wish I could eat it everyday, I know it's not ideal for my daily nutrition... until now! Yes this hack for pizza lovers will let you eat pizza every day. Make it a part of your meal plan or just enjoy a healthy pizza on the weekends and save those calories for dessert haha (that's my sweet tooth talking). This is the perfect recipe for my keto people as the crust is made out of... meat not flour! It's Simple and easy to make. Check out the recipe for yourself and see how it works for you.




Protein Packed Keto Pizza

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 lb- Organic Ground Chicken

  • 1/2- 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tsp of salt

Toppings

  • RAO's Homemade Pizza Sauce

  • Fresh Mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup cooked broccoli

  • Italian seasoning



Directions


Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl add the ground chicken, parmesan, minced garlic and salt. Mix together until all the ingredients are combined. Take half of the mixture and form it into a giant meatball.

  3. Spray some cooking spray on the lined pan and place the mixture on the pan. Take another piece of parchment paper and flatten the mixture until your form a 1/4 inch thick crust.

  4. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes. Remove (it might release water, just take a paper towel and pat the crust to absorb excess liquid.

  5. Add your sauce, cheese and cooked broccoli. Sprinkle some italian seasoning and place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and crust becomes crispy.

  6. Take out of the oven and let your pizza cool before eating.
